*The Fine Print

On-site service is within a 25 mile radius of local service area, downtown Nashville. A trip charge of $25 applies to each on-site visit within our service area, outside the service area additional charges may apply. Our flat rate is labor only, additional charges may apply for parts and/or software. Flat rate pricing is one-hour minimum with 15 minute increments thereafter. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% additional fee. Repairs that are beyond the scope of our technicians may be contracted out to qualified sub-contractors. Network and Security offers apply to computers running Windows XP, Vista & Windows 7 only, older versions of Windows will be supported at our discretion. Upgrades and digital products must be compatible with system and software. Cancellation fee of $69 will apply if appointment is not canceled at least 12 hours minimum in advance. Payments due at time of services rendered. PcHouseDoc.com will not be responsible for data loss under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to back their data up regularly and consistently to avoid loss. Pricing, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

**restoration of data does not include re-installation of previously installed programs.  Programs (such as Microsoft Office, which includes Outlook) may be reinstalled by end user, or for an additional fee by our certified technicians.
